I am finally getting out of the hellhole that is my current job!! YAY!! I couldn’t stand it any longer so I finally gave my notice a few days ago and I’ve already got another job opportunity. I’m a very happy girl! Tonight I am going to the work Christmas party since I’ve already paid for the meal and then I’m thinking that I’ll just end things after that. I’m supposed to be working another week but the new job is looking for an immediate start and I really just want to be finished. Is that really horrible of me?

I got paid yesterday so today I’m paying bills and doing some Christmas shopping to get it all out of the way. I figure I might as well do it now while the money is there and I have a bit of happiness motivation I’ll have more time off now so you should expect to see me kicking around more often which I am excited about.

True to GirlieGeek form, L33tz0r and I have purchased a Playstation 3. Mind you, the decision to buy this ridiculously expensive console was not really thought out because it has since left us very very poor!! Oh well, at least we have something to do since we can’t go out anywhere that requires money. My days off have been spent doing laundry and playing Final Fantasy XII (very very awesome by the way). I only get 2 days off a week so I like to spend them doing as little as possible with slim to no productivity haha!

Since my arrival in England I haven’t had a mobile phone so I am currently shopping around for one of those. And when I say “shopping around” I actually mean just looking because I don’t get paid until the 31st of August so until then I can’t actually buy anything at all. I’m not looking for anything particularly fancy, but a few extra features might be nice. Oh and I want it to look pretty too I have a new obsession which involves spending countless hours searching eBay for things that I want even though I can’t get anything just yet. I am also thinking of going through some of my things to see what I can part with. If I don’t use it I might as well get some money for it.

I am also still on the hunt for a domain host. I had been accepted for PayPerPost  ages ago but due to WordPress terms and conditions I am unable to do paid posts here. Don’t worry though, I do not intend to sell out. Just a paid post here and there is my plan. We’ll see how that goes anyway. I started another blog some time ago solely for money making purposes but it’s been a long time since I’ve even looked at it so I’m not sure if there has even been any activity on it. We’ll see

So I was just searching around this afternoon and I came across something I had been interested in months ago. For all of you “blogging for money” types out there I’m certain that you would have heard of this at some point.

Agloco is a program which enables you to make money by referring members to the network but also just by being online and searching the internet. I have yet to refer anyone so I couldn’t tell you how much you get per referral and I just installed the Viewbar today to keep track of the time I spend on the net and my searches. I’m not sure when the Viewbar became available because it was expected in April but there were some setbacks. Anyway I’ve been able to get it now so I gather that it’s all ready.

I’m feeling a little blah today so I’m being a little slow. Hopefully there will be enough people online in 30 minutes time for our guild to have a raid. In which case I will be preoccupied for a few hours but when I’m done I’m planning on writing the Moroes tactics and posting them and doing a little blog surfing and perhaps I’ll tell you a fun story if the mood strikes me hehe!

In some interesting news, I am signed up for all kinds of online paid survey places but I have never actually made enough from any of them for a payout. Well today has changed that!! I just got an email to see if I qualified for a survey which pays 50 big ones. So of course I never expected to qualify but *gasp* I did!! So I finished the survey and went to see if I could request a payment and it turns out I have referred 2 people who actually signed up earning me another $10 and I had done a survey months ago for $5 … so apparently I should expect a cheque in the mail for $65 within 4-6 weeks. I’ll keep you posted!!

I’m not usually one for asking for money … so that’s why I really don’t want to do that now. However I am going to invite you to head on over to my “blogging for cash” blog to give me a little boost. Money is tight and I desperately need to get back to England ASAP so I’m trying to be a little creative in how I’m going to raise this money so I can patch things up a little.

So right now I’m asking for: (a) a cash donation of $1 million, (b) some traffic over to my other site in hopes someone will see something they like and sign up, (c) your ideas, suggestions, and advice on how I can make the most money in a few weeks time. And yes I am looking for a job haha!!

Sometimes I really hate people. And it’s just a few assholes who ruin it for the rest of humanity.

It might not seem like that big of a deal but L33tz0r’s loan came in today so we went and got some groceries. We came back, unpacked them and into the freezer a few ready made meals went. We had 5 and I put them all together in the freezer so I would know which ones belonged to us although no one else had any of the same kind anyway. Now I am living with him in his university dorm … hardly ideal but it’s all we can afford at the moment since it’s already been paid for. There are 10 other people living in this house but they’re not all here now because of the Easter holiday.

Anyway, I just went to the kitchen and someone had dug through our meals, picked one he liked and made it for himself. It’s not that they are all that expensive … but we do not have much money to spare. Last week we were only able to eat TOAST because we didn’t have enough to buy any other food. And it’s the principle of it as well. Why the hell do some people feel that it is ok to steal food from other people?? Especially people that you live with.

Now if they had no food of their own and are planning on replacing it in a few days fine. That’s forgivable and almost understandable. But if not I will continue to be pissed of yet not able to say a word because I am not actually allowed to be living here. Ahhhhh!!!

Can you tell I’m a little miffed?

Think I must have fallen off the face of the earth? Well I didn’t really … I just started a job so I have been a little busy over the last few weeks. Sorry for the neglect! Hopefully now that things have settled down a little I can get back to blogging. I haven’t even been working on my money making site at all!! Geeze!!

So anyway, expect me to be posting more often again and I’ll have a Monday Melee post coming right up

The past few days have been wonderful for me! There has been a large increase in traffic coming to this blog which I am surprised and impressed with and I hope it will be able to continue growing. I registered for Digg and that has been where most of my viewers have been coming from so I highly recommend using it yourself.

I’ve also begun a new blog in the hopes of making a little cash. Since this blog is more of a personal and fun blog for me I try to keep ads off of it as much as possible. My new blog, on the other hand, is full of them in the hopes that I will be able to make some cash with affiliate programs, reviews and the like. I am even thinking of starting a 3rd blog dedicated to making money online because alot of the profitable blogs that I have seen recently have that general sort of theme.

As I was sifting through various blogs today I came across this lovely gem and I am quite surprised I hadn’t seen it sooner. The newest addition to my Blogroll is

I have such a strong desire to try my hand at using the internet and blogging to my advantage. There are so many opportunities these days to do just that and this new find of mine must list a fair percentage of them. I intend to spend the rest of the day studying this blog and trying alot of these things out for myself. I’ve already read through quite a bit and I have a few questions that someone might be able to answer.

1. Should I start a new blog that would be devoted to making money online? This blog would continue to be my more personal outlet … whereas the new blog would be created for profit.

2. How long does it take for a payout?

3. How much would I expect this first payout to be?

4. Should I consider this to be a part time job of sorts? I would expect that I will be spending a significant amount of time with the initial set up of the blog itself and all affiliate accounts. But I am also assuming that regular posting (on the blog iteself and in other areas), and maintenance in general would also be semi time consuming. This is not something I am worried a great deal about because blogging is something I enjoy.

That’s all I can think of off the top of my head … I’m sure that more will come up however this will get the ball rolling for me. Gotta run … I’ve got alot of reading to do!

I’m always looking for ways to make a little extra cash online so when I saw an add for a site called AGLOCO I thought what the heck. As of now you can only make money through referrals however there is a Viewbar which is due to be available in March which will allow you to make money based on the time you spend browsing the net. And since I spend a significant amount of time doing that particular activity I might as well try to get paid for it.

I haven’t read very much feedback on it so if you have any experience with this site please let me know. I’ll keep an update here on how I’m finding it.
